Where is the hardware wireless switch on the CF-19? 
Open the PCMCIA flap on the left hand side of the keyboard and it is on the bottom right, just below the card slot.

Where is the SIM card slot on the CF-19?
At the rear of the unit underneath the Mic/Headphone port cover. Please be sure to power down the unit BEFORE installing the SIM card.

Now I have installed the SIM card the modem doesn’t work.
If the SIM was installed with the unit powered on the unit will need to be completely powered down (not just restarted) for the SIM card to be recognised.

How do I test if my GPS is working?
Open HyperTerminal (Start>Programs>Accessories>Communications>HyperTerminal) on the com port where the GPS is connected (normally 2 or 3) with the bits per second setting in port settings to 4800.

How do I do a right click on the CF-U1 without using the system tray application?
Start - Control Panel - Switch to Classic View - Touch Panel - Right button simulation - check "Enable the right click simulation" - select either "Ctrl key", "Shift key", or "Alt key". Now the key you selected will act as a right click when you tap the screen.

Where do I get the Bluetooth drivers?
Due to licensing restrictions it is not possible for Panasonic to publish these drivers on the support site. All the Toughbooks are delivered with the drivers included on a CD in the box, the drivers are also included in the C:Util folder.
